Our Benefits
Medical
Health programs are available to all full-time employees. The waiting period is the first month following 60 days of continuous employment.
Life Insurance
STX Beef provides all full-time employees with $10,000 basic life insurance for employees after 90 days of service. This benefit is automatic and is provided at no cost to employees.
Dental
Our dental plan allows employees to choose their coverage including preventive, basic and major dental services.
Vision
Our vision services provide comprehensive coverage of annual exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses.
Vacation
Full-time employees accrue vacation time after one year of continuous employment with STX Beef.
Holiday Pay
All full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, once they have been employed for 90 continuous days with STX Beef.

Processing Plant
Our state-of-the-art facility focuses on humane handling of cattle and employee safety to ensure the highest-quality beef possible. The STX Beef team consists of superior craftmanship in a wide range of positions. Fabrication, harvest, quality assurance, logistics, warehouse and maintenance are a few of the critical roles that help maintain our high standards.
Corporate Office
From our home base in Corpus Christi, Texas, our team members strive to uphold STX Beef’s core values while driving traffic, sales and customer loyalty. As our sales team partners with domestic and international distributors and retailers, our marketing team manages our brands and reputation, while our leadership team coordinates all our efforts to ensure that the finished product exceeds customer expectations. These key teams are supported by experts in accounting, human resources, IT and other essential roles to ensure that all our operations reflect the same high level of quality as the beef we produce.
